We live in a time of unresolved conflicts. This is seen in the work place with conflicting emotions and divergent views. Most of us shy away from this “C” word. It could be from not having positive associations with it. We either stuff it or overreact.

Conflicts can have an upside in a professional setting. It can spur innovation, creativity and better understanding of issues and people.
