This Four-Part Client Report is a main reason Program Leader was developed. Project teams of engineers, constructors, and clients have thanked me for this particular report. The four segments set an agenda, so that meetings with clients and/or contractors are more productive and a place where quality decisions get made. It is based upon the A5 model of group motivation. You won’t find this report anywhere else!
You can choose which completed activities to include in reports based upon date completed. This prevents the report from getting cluttered with old data.





This report, hardly found elsewhere, is to discuss current activities with a supervisor whose employees work on your projects. Similar reports exist for subcontractors and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) Managers.
